INGREDIENTS:
- 100 g almonds (soaked in water overnight)
- 15g coconut flour
- 15g sunflour seeds or flax seeds
- 1 banana
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 30 g dates
DIRECTIONS:
- Soak the almonds overnight in water.
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Combine all the ingredients in food processor until the mixture is sticky.
- Use ice cream scoop to make half balls.
- Bake for 15 min.
