Breakfast banana cookies



INGREDIENTS:

  • 100 g almonds (soaked in water overnight)
  • 15g coconut flour
  • 15g sunflour seeds or flax seeds
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 30 g dates


DIRECTIONS:


  1. Soak the almonds overnight in water.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  3. Combine all the ingredients in food processor until the mixture is sticky.
  4. Use ice cream scoop to make half balls.
  5. Bake for 15 min.
  6. Enjoy!:)
