INGREDIENTS
CRUST
- 200g pitted dates
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 frozen bananas (peel the bananas and cut them into slices,placing the slices into the freezer for at least two hours(i normally freeze mine overnight)).
- 2-3 dates
- 1/2 cups shredded coconut
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen cherries
- 2-3 dates
HOW TO...
- For the crust, process dates and oats in a food processor for about 1 minute. It should form a "dough" like consistency.
- For the first layer, process bananas, dates and shredded coconut, or blend them using some liquid for easier blend, i use water or almond/coconut milk. Pour the mixture on the crust and place the cake in the freezer.
- repeat step 2., pour it on the first layer and place the cake in the freezer for at least 5 hours or overnight.
