INGREDIENTS (for 20 small squares)
- 100g dates
- 4 dried figs
- 1/2 cup almond flour( or other nut flour)
- pinch of salt
- vanilla
- falx seeds
- sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- coconut oil
- cacao powder
- 20g dark chocolate
Process dates,figs and almond flour in food processor adding just a little sip of water, pinch of salt and vanilla. Then mix in sunflower seeds and flax seeds by hand.
Take 1/2 of the date mixture and press firmly into the bottom of an 8x8 glass dish.
Spread peanut butter on the top evenly. Top that with the rest of date mixture.
-For chocolate glaze, melt dark chocolate,powder and coconut oil in microwave oven.
Before cutting , freeze for at least 5 hours, i recommend to leave it over night...if you can:))
